Here’s a list of things to distract you especially from hunger.
1. If you can, go outside for a walk or to the library or the store, maybe the mall for window shopping (you can think about how the clothes will look when you’re skinny).
2. Look at thinspo or clothes you want. Make an amazon/ebay wish list of clothes and stuff you want when you’re thin. maybe reward yourself every time you hit a goal!
3. Browse through your favorite blog, watch your favorite youtuber, especially one that makes you happy.
4. Play a video game because man those are fun as heck.
5. If it’s the taste of something you’re craving, then get some coffee/tea/juice. It should have little to no cals and it’ll fill you up! also drink some water if you can. If you’re still craving maybe eat a fruit or veggie, or something small and low cal. if you REALLY crave it chew and spit the food you’re craving, or have a couple bites of it (if it’s high cal then maybe substitute it for something similar).
6. Watch your favorite TV show!
7. Read a book, i especially love reading comic books or harry potter or listening to an audio book.
8. Listen to music, maybe even dance! Dancing is exercise (even if you suck at dancing like me) and its also fun and distracting.
9. Cook some food for you to eat later/tomorrow and put it in the fridge.
10. Learn something new. I love watching sci show on youtube and other things, like conspiracies, or interesting things that are also learning. it’ll keep you extra distracted plus its fun! I really like learning about alternate dimensions, stuff like that.
11. Draw or doodle! Even if your bad at it. If you really don’t like doodling, maybe write a small story or write in your diary if you have one.
12. play with your cat/dog if you have one, take your dog to the park, or give your cat catnip and play with it!
